Very easy to complete the online questionnaire about the size of the parcel and contents.

Your parcel will always be weighed heavier which will cost you more even if you weigh it at home … it’s a DHL thing but wps are amazing at their jobs and my parcels always arrive safely …. Prices are expensive after covid

Great and prompt service. Arranged for the parcel to be picked up from home and still worked out cheaper than the document delivery service they offer in shops.

The parcel was never collected although contacted them 2 days, and waited in!! Telephone on answer machine.
They are bunch dishonest FRAUDSTERS!!

I stayed home 4 days all day (9 am - 6 pm) and on different occasions to wait for a proper pickup which never came, with no notifications, no calls, no communication - Outrageous and Thoughtless - Get Your Delivery Service Together - Truly Awful Experience - I hope this will prompt you to try better in the future with all your customers - I ended up using another company and courier in the end - What a terrible waste of a person's time and courtesy - Horrible Experience - and I will Never even consider using or recommending you.. EVER !

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN WITH WPS SINCE DECEMBER 10TH TODAY IS NOW JANUARY 9TH AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE GOT CHARGED OVER $2,700 IN HIDDEN FEES THAT THEY DIDNT MENTION BEFOREHAND..SO IM CURRENTLY OUT OF ALMOST 3 GRAND ON TOP OF NOT GETTING MY PACKAGE DELIEVERED..CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER WRITES BACK ONLY WHEN ITS TIME TO TAKE MY MONEY AND THEN THEY GO GHOST AGAIN PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY..

Arrangements went well - easy to understand and good value for money. My only caveat is that it would have been really useful to have a more exact estimate for when my parcel would be picked up rather than having to wait in all day for the collection. 2 hour slots would be perfect but even just specifying morning or afternoon would have been better.

I sent a parcel to Italy and after putting the commodity codes in I was told their would be no custom charges. Only for my friend to be charged over £60 customs fee in her country.
Don't send gifts to EU countries via this service.

Rate was miles cheaper than all other quotes.very fair in the circumstances
Courier collected when stated within 2 hour time slot. Then delivered to Denmark on day promised within 4 hour time slot.
Could not ask for better service
All worked OK. Quite impressed it was the first time I have used them. Parcel was bigger than some couriers would handle as well

I wanted to send non-perishable food to my son in USA but all the usual freight agents/couriers have banned all foodstuffs this year. I found WPS (who almost uniquely have a real person answering their helpline) online & a very helpful lady said they do successfully make such deliveries, so in desperation I gave them a go. I booked on Tuesday evening, DHL collected my parcel on Wednesday & it was delivered on Friday afternoon. An absolutely brilliant service!

This was my first time using this company.I send parcels to family in Norway all the time and always looking for a good price.
This service was cheaper than all other quotes from companies i had previously used.
A first class service using DHL,picked up 1430 on Friday delivered to address in Stavanger the following Thursday.Digital online customs clearance no need for printed copies attached to the parcel.
All round good and easy service to use.
